Every menu is built around what's fresh and local — from farms across the Puget Sound to the season's best produce. We work closely with each client to create a dining experience that reflects their story, their people, and their taste.

You can choose from one of our thoughtfully crafted menus, or we can work together to design a menu that perfectly fits your event. We're also happy to recreate your family favorites, adding a personal touch that makes your celebration even more meaningful.

Craig is a self-taught chef whose love for cooking started in England, where he grew up surrounded by a veritable gluttony of food options — from traditional British fare to the diverse cuisines of a multicultural nation.

That early exposure sparked a lifelong curiosity for flavors from around the world, which he now channels into Dish Catering's seasonal, Pacific Northwest–inspired menus. Whether it's a North African fusion spread or a classic salmon dinner, Craig brings creativity, care, and a genuine passion for feeding people well.

What he loves most about catering? Watching people enjoy the food — and being a valuable part of key experiences and celebrations in people's lives.
